Shipping and Returns
All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Orders should be received within five to 10 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS ground or US Mail.

We also offer overnight, second-day air and third-day select. Please call or email us for rates.
If it is necessary to return a product, please call 978-667-3335.
To receive credit, please include your packing slip or invoice with a note explaning the reason for your return. Products must be returned in re-saleable condition and within 30 days of purchase.
Credit will be issued within one week of the return and a statement will be mailed. Credit will not be issued for the shipping and handling charge.
